+ AGREEMENTS +

Individuals who sign up to work with The Academy, in any format, acknowledge they are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

“I understand that it is my responsibility to show up, to take the time to do the work and to address or process whatever comes up for me. I agree not to project any of that outwards and to instead acknowledge the projection and find the root of it. 

I understand that simply being in the container  of The Academy will enter me into a transformational space and that I may be faced with feelings/fears/beliefs that I didn’t expect, and I agree to witness and process them. I commit to using any discomfort and triggers as keys and gateways.

I commit to not judging my own experience or that of others, and if judgements do come up, I commit to really truly look at them and work through them.

I agree to not offer advice or coaching, unless specifically asked or invited.

I agree not to share the work or people’s shares outside of the space.

I agree to honour the container and respect the integrity of this space. I understand The Academy reserves the right to terminate an agreement or contract if that alignment is not respected or refund investments if it is deemed necessary.

I agree to align with the way the containers of The Academy are run.

I agree to be open, honest and authentic in this space, and respectful of all others in this space, especially as they are being open honest and authentic.

I understand the energies held within The Academy are transformational and of the highest integrity and alignment. I agree to honour that and welcome these energies into my life also.

I understand that the practitioners and The Academy reserve the right to change the dates of calls or other details as they see fit in holding the highest alignment for all coming through.

I agree to honour all payments or payment arrangements in full. I understand that The Academy does not offer any refunds for change of mind. Once I am signed up for and entered into The Chamber the work begins, and therefore no refunds will be offered once that magic has begun working.

I understand I am solely responsible for my own experience and interaction within this space. I understand The Academy does not replace other professional help and opinions. I take full responsibility in choosing to show up in this space for my own growth and evolution, and do not expect that to be the responsibility of anyone else, including The Academy.

I understand that The Academy agrees:

To hold the container with the utmost integrity and clarity

To hold true to the vision and energy of the container even in the face of your discomfort or triggers

To hold the vision of your greatest achievement

To hold space for and welcome you into the transformation available for you

To show up and be present in this space for the duration of this container

To always be honest, open and authentic and to share truthfully from experience and expertise.”

By entering any programs, containers or course work with The Academy, you are hereby agreeing to all of the above and acknowledging The Academy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove anyone who does not adhere to these agreements.
