A meditation and activation for receiving and integrating the energies of the March 2021 Equinox and beyond. These energies are centered around polarity balance; holding space for polarities within your own life and also allowing others the opportunity to do so for themselves.

As the external world continues to play out the chaos of great change and revolution, finding your internal balance point and being able to honour your polarities is paramount.

Many people are striving to find balance, but are doing so by denying the extremes. In truth, we must be able to understand, hold and integrate the extremes of polarities in order to be able to find a balance point for them.

We will see this come up in great detail over the next 6 months and beyond, especially around the areas of abundance/finance/money and also the masculine/feminine aspects that we all have within, which translates to our experience of this in our external relationships.

The energies of this Equinox will be with us for the next 6 months and I suggest working with this activation often, in order to come back to centre. It’s 40 minutes of information and meditation to activate these frequencies within yourself
