Disclaimer: I feel it’s necessary to share these resources and videos with a bit of a disclaimer. These were recorded at various times over the last few years, most pre- 2020 and all that was and came to be during the last 3 years. 

While the concepts and sentiment I share now is still the same, the way I might phrase or explain things these days might be different. The world has changed a lot over the last few years. As have I. There was a collective innocence that we all had pre2020. Especially in the spiritual scene.

In my experience, the last few years really humbled me. They helped me to see what is real, what is important. I am still 100% behind this work and that never changed. Though I did go through quite the journey of deciding what concepts still fit and what no longer feels truthful and real to me.

There’s part of me that didn’t want to share these old videos. The same part that kept telling me I needed to rewatch all of them to check if they’re fine to share now. But with two small babies, a 9 year old and a business to run, I didn’t get round to that haha. It would be easy to let my own insecurity around sharing these get in the way. But it also would be a great shame to not let them out into the world just because of my own insecurity! I know there is so much gold in all of these resources, regardless of when they were recorded.

This work is bigger than me. And I honour that by sharing it here now, even if there’s parts of me that feel cringey about it. 

So I ask that as you watch and engage with this content, that you remember that I have grown and changed and experienced a lot over the last few years (as we all have!) I have deepened my understanding of some things and fully released other things. I have come to understand more nuance. I have come to see things from wiser perspectives. And (as I said) while I still fully back my older work and trust in its timelessness and ability to meet people where they’re at, I also acknowledge that there are certain things I may not say or do in the exact same way.

This is the privilege of growing and expanding and I hope that all of us get the chance to experience holding the past versions of ourselves in this way.
